Shipping policy
Free delivery, nationwide. Every order ships free, anywhere in South Africa. No minimums, no hidden surcharges.
Delivery time. 3–6 business days nationwide. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Johannesburg warehouse.
Tracking. You'll get an email and SMS with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Couriers. We ship with Aramex and The Courier Guy. You can track your parcel on our Track Order page.
Estimated delivery times.
- Gauteng: 3–4 business days
- Western Cape: 4–6 business days
- KwaZulu-Natal: 4–6 business days
- Rest of SA: 5–6 business days
Failed deliveries. If you're not home, the courier will arrange a redelivery or pickup point. We'll never charge you extra for that.
