StepUpMart respects your privacy and complies with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, South Africa).

What we collect. Name, delivery address, email, phone number — only what's needed to fulfil and support your order. Payment data is handled by PayFast; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it. To process and deliver orders, send delivery updates, and reply to support questions. With your consent, we may send occasional marketing emails — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies & tracking. We use cookies for cart functionality and analytics, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.

Sharing. We only share your address with our courier partner. We never sell your information.
