Returns & exchanges
7-day window. You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund.
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
How it works. WhatsApp us your order number and what you'd like to do (exchange size, exchange colour, or refund). We arrange the return collection at no charge if we made the mistake.
Refunds. Processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method via PayFast.
Faulty items. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it free of charge. No questions.
